Return Policy – Peach Kisser
At Peach Kisser, all printed merchandise is made to order, so we do not accept returns.
However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, we are happy to offer a free reprint or a refund—just contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
Please note:

We cannot provide reprints or refunds if the wrong size or color was ordered by the customer.

In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, you may choose between a reprint or a partial refund.
Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’ll always do our best to make things right within the scope of this policy.

All merchandise offered by Peach Kisser is custom printed to order. Accordingly, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
In the event that a product is received in a damaged condition or contains a manufacturing defect, Peach Kisser will provide either (i) a replacement product at no additional cost to the customer, or (ii) a full refund of the purchase price, provided that the customer notifies Peach Kisser within thirty (30) days of delivery.
Please be advised of the following limitations:

Peach Kisser shall not be held liable for, and will not issue refunds or reprints in cases where the customer has ordered an incorrect size, color, or other variant.

In the case of an unsuccessful delivery (e.g., due to an incorrect shipping address or failed delivery attempt), the customer may elect to receive either a reprint or a partial refund at Peach Kisser’s discretion.
By placing an order with Peach Kisser, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Return Policy.
